I am partnering with a top-tier Global law firm who are looking for a Senior Conflicts Lawyer to come onboard their New Business Intake team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the conflicts processes and policies for the firm, in addition to acting as a key advisor to partners and stakeholders.Responsibilities include:Ensuring the firm are protected from risk in relation to conflicts, covering the firm's international and US officesReviewing and improving the firm's conflicts processes and policies on an ongoing basisActing as a point of escalation for the rest of the team for complex queriesTaking the lead on internal investigations relating to conflictsProviding guidance to the Professional Claims team on potential conflicts of interestAdvising on conflict-related clauses within bespoke client agreementsContributing to the development and enhancement of technology for managing conflicts and information barriersDesigning and implementing training for the wider-firm in relation to conflictsPerson requirements:Must be a qualified lawyer with 5+ years' demonstratable experience managing conflicts of interest within a law firmMust be familiar with conflicts of interest rules under the SRAExperience of handling conflicts of interest under international jurisdictions is highly desirableMust be able to deliver effective solutions to an international business If you are a qualified conflicts lawyer and are interested in hearing more, please apply below!
