Director of Supply ChainLocation: London 3 days/week in the officeWe’re recruiting for a fast-scaling FMCG brand with big ambitions. The business sells both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and via major supermarkets, and are preparing to expand into international markets. With strong values, a loyal customer base, and an ever-growing product line, they're looking for someone to take their supply chain strategy to the next level.The RoleAs Director of Supply Chain, you’ll be responsible for shaping, managing and optimising their end-to-end supply chain as they scale. Reporting directly to the founder, you’ll lead on sourcing and managing international suppliers, streamlining operations across DTC and retail, and build a supply chain function that can support rapid growth — both in the UK and globally.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the global supply chain strategy, from sourcing to final deliverySource and manage international suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and sustainabilityLead forecasting, planning, and inventory management across multiple sales channelsDrive efficiency across logistics, warehousing, and fulfilmentNavigate international supply chain complexities as we launch in new marketsCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, and MarketingBuild and grow a high-performing supply chain team as we scaleImplement robust systems and processes to enable visibility, traceability, and scalabilityManage supplier relationships and contracts, including risk mitigation and complianceSupport sustainability goals through responsible sourcing and reduced environmental impactWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience leading global supply chain operations, ideally in a scaling FMCG environmentDeep understanding of both DTC and retail supply chainsExperience managing international suppliers and navigating global logisticsStrategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approachComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial businessStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and grow a teamCommercially savvy with a focus on cost-efficiency and operational excellenceSystems and data-driven – familiar with ERP/SCM tools and performance metricsBonus: Experience in international market launches or exportsWhy Join?High-impact leadership role at a pivotal stage of growthWork directly with the founder and senior leadershipBe part of a values-driven, ambitious, and close-knit teamOpportunity to shape a global supply chain from the ground upCompetitive salary, equity, and benefits package
