OverviewEquans UK & Ireland is recruiting aSenior Quantity Surveyorbased in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week. This role is ideal for an experienced senior quantity surveyor in social housing or local authority sectors, or an experienced quantity surveyor seeking career progression. ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day commercial control, reporting, and management of multiple projects from award to final account. Lead a team of quantity surveyors, ensuring effective commercial control, timely documentation, CVRs, budget forecasts, contribution action plans, and cash flow forecasts. Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely procurement of sub-trades and suppliers, and manage final accounts, variations, extensions of time, and claims. Key AccountabilitiesPromote company mission and participate in training and development. Maximize profitability and cash benefits. Build relationships with site teams, clients, and stakeholders. Postgraduate experience reporting to senior surveyors or commercial managers. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Project, Word. Evidence of right to work in the UK; no relocation package offered.
