Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced part-time Physiotherapist to work in GP Practices across Colne Union PCN in Yiewsley / West Drayton as an MSK First Contact Physio for 3 days a week. This exciting new role (Band 7) will be joining a growing team that includes Clinical Pharmacists and Social Prescribing Link Workers. Successful candidates will have a named GP Supervisor, access to peer learning developmental opportunities.The successful candidate will have experience of initial assessments and creating treatment plans. One of our priority focus areas will be around frailty and prevention of falls. Experience in this area would be an advantage.Main duties of the jobThis role is new to primary care, and we envisage the role to be one to enhance the patient care offering. This role will be a face to face clinical role assessing new acute issues, as well as ongoing care and support for existing conditions in a preventative approach.
