We’re proud to be playing our part in making that happen, and we’re looking for more like-minded people to join our team.The RoleAs Tiro’s Inclusion Lead, you’ll drive aninclusive, supportive learning environmentwhere every apprentice can thrive—regardless of background, starting point, or learning needs. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, focused onshaping, leading, and embedding inclusive practicesacross Tiro’s apprenticeship programmes.You’ll be working across the Tiro team to create an exceptional learning experience for our apprentices, supporting them to overcome challenges through tailored support and intervention. You’ll lead the implementation ofAdditional Learning Support (ALS) plans , co-develop aninclusive curriculumwith our Learning experts, anddeliver CPDto empower our Learning Delivery Team— ensuring every apprentice can be their best . You’ll collaborate with the Designated Safeguarding Leads to ensure inclusive practices are embedded into the pastoral care provided to learners, creating a holistic environment.About YouYou’ll be anexpertwith proven experience in inclusion, learning support or SEND within FE or apprenticeships. You’ll bepassionateabout making a difference through the world of apprenticeships, seeing challenges as an opportunity for improvement and growth. You'll be aself-starterwho thrives in a pacey environment. You'll be an excellentcollaboratorwho loves nothing more than working alongside your teammates to achieve success. You'llrise to the challengeand never shy away from sharing feedback.
