Description We have a new opportunity for aService Delivery Managerto join us! Reporting to theHead of Service Delivery , you'll provide customer support for operational end-to-end IT services within the AXA UK operating companies. Your role involves establishing key business service level agreements, managing customer expectations, and delivering customer satisfaction. If you have an IT background and experience managing multiple stakeholders or client relationships, we'd love to hear from you! What you'll be doing: Supporting the IT Head of Retail Service Delivery in managing executive business relations. Managing customer perceptions and expectations of IT services and operations. Building and maintaining relationships with managers and IT users. Ensuring business impact is considered in Service Level Agreements and IT Service Continuity Plans. Overseeing daily operational IT services to meet service levels. Supporting problem management processes, representing customer and business interests. Conducting formal service reporting and reviews with business customers. Managing communications during major incidents, escalations, and problem management actions. What you'll bring: Experience in IT Delivery management within a complex, multi-supplier environment. Strong relationship development and management skills. Understanding of ITIL Service Chain and Incident, Problem, and Change processes. Negotiation and conflict management skills. Knowledge of SIAM, BS15000, IT applications, and infrastructure. Budget management experience is desirable. ITIL Service Management Certification or equivalent. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
