Ideally you will have previous experience in a Care / Support Work, however, if you are new to the role and have a passion for helping others to lead their most independent lives then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.This is a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities and autism. This service provides a flexible and comfortable living environment that can support 9 people. The house comprises of 9 spacious ensuite bedrooms with ample additional communal spaces including a large lounge, a sunny kitchen, an activities room and two dining rooms. Outside there is an enclosed private garden offering a peaceful area for everyone to enjoy.At Burton services we’re fortunate to be located just a short distance from Burton Town Centre, which has a range of vibrant cafes, pubs, a post office, Burton Library and a range of high-street banks. Leisure activities include Coopers Square Shopping Centre, a Cineworld Cinema, Burton indoor market and Mecca Bingo. We also benefit from year-round access to Meadowside Leisure Centre with its swimming pool, gym, or Clip n’ Climb for the more adventurous individuals. When the weather is good, people enjoy walking in nearby Stapenhill Gardens or Newton Park.
