It is an exciting time to join ouraward winningcompany as we continue to grow and secure a number of high profile corporate security contracts within the central London region.Objective:To manage, develop and exceed expectations for the prestigious site ensuring premier security provision is provided at all times. To ensure all Unitrust’s policies and procedures are adhered to and where necessary developed. A clear understanding of the contract culture is required to ensure all members of the teams are fully motivated and committed to providing a bespoke security service. To act in support of other service providers and FM functions to ensure the entire operation of the site is maintained without compromise. Upholding at all times the reputation and integrity of the company.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the management of the security contract at the client’s premises and direct liaison with the security manager and supervisors Management of the day to day running of the building. Providing a high standard of service delivery. Liaising with all tenants and managing their requests and escalating these where required to the onsite client, maintenance service provider, clients helpdesk and other service providers. Providing full reports to security manager, supervisors, M&E on maintenance and security related issues, managing and closing these off. Manage the access control system including the fire alarm and any other plant equipment. Produce new access cards for tenants on a daily basis, ensuring correct access levels are applied accordingly. Comply with general data protection regulations (GDPR), as outlined in the assignmentinstructions.Ensure assignment instructions updated and accurate at all times. These are adhered to at all times by security personnel To comply with company health and safety procedures Maintain a high standard of communication and good working relationship with all other security officers Carrying out all other duties as required in a professional and diligent manner To ensure each site handover is done, accordingly with all checks done and messages included.Candidate Specification:Must be able to cope with high pressure situations working within tight time lines (Essential). Excellent timekeeping and attendance is critical. Security personnel must have the basic job training qualification or equivalent experience.
