Base pay rangeJob Title:Proposition Delivery Manager Location:Hertfordshire or Manchester Salary:Up to £80,000 depending on experience Hours:Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Contributory Pension Life Assurance Free Eye Testing Annual leave purchase scheme Annual summer and winter social events Modern state-of-the-art office Dress down Friday About the position of Proposition Delivery Manager: Our client is seeking an experienced Proposition and Delivery professional to drive strategic and operational change within their Mortgage division, covering residential mortgages, second charges, and buy-to-let products. This hands-on role involves working closely with the senior leadership to identify opportunities for propositional enhancements and process improvements, while managing end-to-end project delivery to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality. The ideal candidate will have deep mortgage industry expertise, including lending operations, origination processes, and systems, combined with a strong track record in delivering lending-related process change and project management. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills are essential. Responsibilities for the role of Proposition Delivery Manager: Drive and deliver propositional and operational change across the mortgage division (residential, second charge, and buy-to-let products). Lead the end-to-end execution of change initiatives, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality expectations. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including scope, business cases, and delivery plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure all stakeholders understand their roles, responsibilities, and deadlines. Work with internal teams to enhance the customer journey and improve operational efficiencies. Liaise with external partners to support the execution of change programmes. Identify, monitor, and manage risks to successful project delivery. Update and develop policies and procedures to align with new processes or enhancements. Produce and circulate regular project reports tracking progress against scope and timelines. Partner with IT teams to define system changes required to support delivery objectives. Provide strategic and operational support to the senior management team Experience and skills required Proposition Delivery Manager: Background in the mortgage industry, with knowledge of products, operations, systems, and origination processes. Proven experience delivering lending-related process improvements and business change. Track record of working with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives. Experience managing project risks, budgets, timelines, and scope. Familiarity with system development processes and collaboration with IT.
