The Consulting Services - Experience & Enablement, Associate supports Practice Managers, Project Managers, and Consultants in daily operational activities to ensure the Practice meets its Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.This role requires consistent and effective communication with customers and key internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with the ability to work independently, demonstrating positive energy and a driven personality.Duties And ResponsibilitiesLead the coordination of service requests, backlog maintenance, and project prioritisation. Ensure timely creation of Statements of Work via Business Consulting and oversee extended services consulting operations to maintain an accurate and current backlog. Maintain a close partnership with Business Consulting to streamline communication, support demand generation, and ensure commercial negotiations are appropriately managed. Engage with customers post-project and post-activity to promote additional Epicor Consulting Services offerings. Foster strong relationships within the team and collaborate with resource management to address skill gaps. Own monthly and quarterly forecasting processes for extended Consulting Services to meet revenue and margin targets. Ensure accurate billing across all service types and maintain financial integrity. Manage fixed fee billing, reconcile financial systems, and oversee project unlocking and closure for billing cycles. Resolve interface issues to ensure accurate financial operations. Supervise timesheet approvals, follow up on missing entries, reconcile time reporting, and ensure timely expense approvals to support accurate invoicing and accruals. Conduct monthly analysis of revenue, utilisation, supplier invoices, and subcontractor activities to identify issues and support leadership decision-making. Manage credit note requests and collaborate with Epicor Finance Teams to ensure prompt resolution of invoice queries.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesWe’re on the lookout for individuals who are curious, driven, and full of energy. You’ll need a minimum of a Level 3 qualification, such as A-levels, a BTEC National Diploma, or an equivalent further education credential.
