The firm maintains a diverse client base and offers quality work without being overwhelming. The commercial property team is integral to the firm's success, generating over £4.5 million annually, and continues to grow.This is a full-time, permanent position based in Exeter or nearby East Devon offices, tailored to your preferences. The role involves handling a wide range of commercial property work, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, development sites, retail and leisure projects, and business transfers such as guesthouses and restaurants.You will manage your own files from day one, with the autonomy to work in your preferred style, within a collaborative and approachable team environment. There are also opportunities to collaborate with departments like corporate and private client, allowing you to expand your expertise and provide comprehensive advice to clients.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of PQE and experience managing their own commercial property files.
