You'll drive safety, food quality, team performance, and continuous improvement across all operations.Production Manager Key Responsibilities: Health & Safety:Ensure compliance, lead incident investigations, and promote a strong safety culture. Food Safety & Hygiene:Maintain audit-ready standards, manage CCPs, and lead corrective actions. People Management:Lead and develop shift managers and teams, manage T&A, and handle performance processes. Performance & CI:Deliver KPIs, drive continuous improvement, lead SIM meetings, and support efficiency. Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, report on KPIs, and communicate priorities effectively.
