What you'll be doingPeople like being paid for the work they've done and the things they've sold, which is why being an Accounts Payable Analyst is so important to us. You will report into the Source to Pay manager and will be responsible for the tasks below for some of our Supply Chain entities, which include: Creating new supplier records Ownership of the mailbox for the entities and replying to all internal and external queries in a timely manner Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely supplier payments through the weekly payment run Building sustainable relationships with our Purchase Order stakeholders to ensure efficient resolutions of issues Running period end closing tasks for the Purchase Ledger Performing weekly bank reconciliations Preparing monthly and quarterly compliance reports You'll haveExperience in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships with suppliers and stakeholders Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel to our factory in Rotterdam every two months for a few days Speaking Dutch is a bonus but not essential You'll getBecoming part of the European Finance team at innocent Engagement with people across all levels, business units, and countries Deep insights into our Accounts Payable processes with opportunities to drive improvements The chance to make buying a success story at innocent We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we offer a supportive environment and opportunities for career growth.
