This is a permanent role, ideally suited to someone confident working independently in a hands-on, factory-based environment. The Role: You’ll report to the Head of New Business Development and take ownership of projects from brief to launch. This includes developing recipes, preparing samples, managing trials, and working closely with production and technical teams.
