Senior Producer – High-End Luxury EventsA boutique creative events agency, known for delivering world-class luxury experiences, is seeking an exceptional Senior Producer to join their growing team. The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead on the end-to-end delivery of premium, high-touch events - from luxury brand experiences and VIP dinners to intimate c-suite private equity conferences and bespoke international activations. The successful candidate will take full ownership of projects from concept to execution. Key responsibilities include: Full-scale event productions - logistics, guest experience, styling, and liaising with creative and design Pitch development and client liaison for high-profile, global brands Training junior team members , providing mentorship and guidance Collaborating with external partners across technical production, creative design, and culinary execution Working closely with the Head of Events and senior leadership on delivery excellence What We’re Looking ForWe’re after someone with proven experience in luxury event production , with a sharp eye for detail, polish, and refinement. You’ll need to hit the ground running and confidently lead top-tier projects, knowing instinctively which experts to bring on board - from Michelin-starred chefs to world-class speakers. Solid portfolio of high-end events (luxury brand experiences, intimate VIP dinners, premium small-scale conferences) Confidence in managing client relationships and internal teams Ability to juggle logistics, creative, and guest experience with finesse Experience with international projects (e.g., Switzerland upcoming in 2025) Comfortable reporting into a collaborative Head of Events and working alongside senior leadership The OfferCompetitive salary depending on experience - C£50-60,000 Based in London , with 3 office days per week Immediate start preferred for handover and transition, but it's also about hiring the right person for the team Chance to work with iconic clients such as luxury brands, private banks, and media houses Join a company in an exciting growth phase , with new client wins and internal investment This is a small but mighty agency with a family-like culture , where talent, friendliness, and drive come together.
