We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Credit Hire File Handler to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to investigate complex credit hire claims from a tactical and strategic perspective. The File Handler will conduct complex and technical investigations on claims submitted from specific opponents, with claim values up to £25,000. Good IT skills, including Word, Outlook, and experience with a Case Management System preferred. Experience in credit hire is essential, with at least 12 months exposure to credit hire cases. Technical knowledge to develop includes understanding of pre-proceedings credit hire, the lifecycle of a file, legal principles, costs, protective offers, and case preparation for litigation.
