This role ensures that products deliver maximum value to customers and align with the company's business goals. Job DescriptionProduct Strategy & VisionDefine and communicate the overall product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to shape the product roadmap. Leadership & Team ManagementBuild, manage, and mentor a high-performing product team, including product managers, designers, and analysts. Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and regularly assess performance. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Product DevelopmentEnsure timely and high-quality product releases by coordinating with marketing, sales, and other departments. Implement best practices and frameworks for product management. Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary liaison between the product team and other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering, support). Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes effectively to internal and external stakeholders. The PackageSalary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
