I'm looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to help lead a dedicated care team within a warm and welcoming, 4-bedded Children's Residential home supporting young people aged 8–17 . This is an excellent opportunity to build leadership experience and progress to Deputy Manager in the future. Refer a friend Bonus! ??Employee Assistance Programme ??Perks and Benefits Platform ??Company pension scheme As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will: Lead by example and support a team of care staff Build strong, positive relationships with young people Promote independence and support daily living and life skills Organise and attend social activities and appointments Support the Deputy Manager with office-based tasks and leadership duties Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered What You’ll Need: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Residential Childcare setting Level 3 or 4 qualification in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People UK Driver and Vehicle. A strong sense of responsibility and passion for creating positive experiences for young people A desire to grow within a supportive and ambitious team!
