HR Business Partner at ATS Euromaster & Tructyre As Webmaster, you will support the Ecommerce Business Manager in managing the ATS Euromaster and Tructyre websites, as well as assisting with online marketing campaigns. You will provide an online customer experience that maximizes sales and aligns with the companies' positioning and mission. This role is to cover maternity leave and is offered on a fixed-term basis until October 2026, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring a minimum of 2 days per week at our head office in Aston. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the delivery of the UK eCommerce revenue plan. Assisting with implementing effective online marketing strategies to increase traffic and brand awareness. Managing social media content and collaborating with the Marketing team and digital agencies. Overseeing online marketing campaigns with external agencies. Maintaining website and online shop content via Content Management Systems. Using analytics to identify website improvement opportunities. Managing daily website content updates, banners, images, and liaising with stakeholders and agencies. The person: Experience in copywriting for websites, blogs, and social media. Experience managing external agencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google tools, and content management systems. Effective communication skills. Creative thinking and a proactive mindset.
