JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS MANAGERDEPARTMENT: RETAILLOCATION: ST STEPHENS, HULLREPORTING TO: CENTRE MANAGERTYPE OF CONTRACT: PERMANENTRole OverviewThe objective of this role is to assist the Centre Management team in implementing British Land policies and procedures consistently across all assets, seek efficiencies and improvements in procedures, and assist with onboarding and training of Property Managers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and advise the Centre Director and Operations Team on operational matters, recommending policy and training updates.Coordinate with central operations teams for policy implementation.Ensure property team documentation is accurate and up to date.Facilitate communication on operational issues.Review and update operational Key Service Commitments and Property Management Guidelines.Coordinate property team forums and agendas.Assist in service tenders and ensure compliance systems are monitored and reported on.Produce monthly KPI reports and perform ad-hoc duties as required.Candidate ProfileCustomer-focused with flexible working style.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and motivational abilities.Knowledge of energy & environmental issues, health 'safety, and operational management.Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.Our ValuesWe stand for inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
