Key Responsibilities Your key responsibilities as an Aftersales Manager will include: Managing and supporting the technical service department Conducting regular reviews of departmental performance Performing performance reviews and identifying training needs Implementing appropriate training and development plans Staying updated with technical information and communicating relevant updates to the team Recruiting departmental staff Contributing to the development of annual budgets Producing regular reports on departmental performance Monitoring and managing costs according to budgets Continuously improving customer care standards Monitoring and managing work in progress Controlling cash, trade, and warranty debtors Attending meetings and training sessions About You As an Aftersales Manager, you should ideally possess: The ability to lead, manage, and motivate your team to maximize profit opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service A stable and proven track record in managing an Aftersales department with demonstrable profitable results A full clean driving license What's in it for you?
