The site houses 25,000 birds and has been fully modernised to provide excellent working conditions and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the farm, ensuring high standards of bird welfare, fertility, and biosecurity are maintained. While experience in broiler breeder management is ideal, candidates from broiler or layer backgrounds will also be considered. What matters most is a strong foundation in poultry husbandry, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to take ownership of the site. This is a hands-on management role with a five day working week, designed to promote a sustainable work life balance.
