Base pay rangeDirect message the job poster from Hollyfield Personnel Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm We are delighted to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking energy company based in Kenilworth, currently seeking a highly analytical and motivated Retrofit Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a degree-educated candidate who is looking to build a career within the energy efficiency and sustainability sector. You’ll be providing essential administrative support to two experienced Retrofit Assessors, with the chance to progress into a Retrofit Assessor role yourself – a position with an earning potential of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum. Full REA (Retrofit Assessor) qualification support will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to two Retrofit Assessors Review and analyse desktop assessments and supporting documentation Cross-check evidence against current industry rules and regulations Upload and manage photographic and written evidence Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the assessment process Use Excel to collate and analyse data as part of the quality assurance process Key Requirements: Degree educated (or equivalent) Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Interest in the energy efficiency or sustainability sector is advantageous Why Apply?
