We are currently looking for Healthcare Assistants to join our team in a beautifully presented care home in Mold, providing care to residents requiring Nursing support and EMI care. About the Role: As a Healthcare Assistant, you ll be central to providing the personalised, dignified, and respectful care that each of our residents deserves. Our team supports individuals living with a range of complex needs including physical disabilities, dementia, and mental health conditions related to age. Your role will include: Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toiletingSupporting individuals with mobility and maintaining independence where possibleHelping with mealtimes and nutritional supportEncouraging participation in social activities and companionshipMonitoring and recording residents conditions and reporting any changes to senior staffMaintaining a clean and safe environment in line with health and safety standardsCollaborating with nurses, senior carers, and management to deliver tailored care plansWhether you're working a day or night shift, your care and presence will directly improve residents wellbeing and quality of life. Shifts & Work Pattern We offer consistent12-hour shifts , ideal for full-time or part-time working preferences: Day shiftstypically 8am to 8pmNight shiftstypically 8pm to 8amFlexible contractsavailable depending on your availability and commitmentsWhether you prefer the pace of day shifts or the quiet focus of nights, we can accommodate.
