HR Director - Preston - c 120,000 + 12k car allowance, STIP up to 30%, family health Overview:This is your opportunity for a HR Director to work for a multi-site food manufacturer that is a leader in their industry. While based at their Lancashire site, you will travel to other sites as needed.About You:You will have worked or are currently working in a senior HR role within food or FMCG manufacturing. Experience of influencing at C-Suite level is essential. You possess a strong personality, capable of engaging with people at all levels. 15+ years of HR experience in a people-focused role within food or FMCG manufacturing. Experience working at both strategic and operational levels.What will you be doing?Serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing insights to inform decision-making. Promoting people-centric decision-making and constructively challenging leadership. Leading and driving HR projects from inception to completion, aligned with business goals and timelines. Fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture with a focus on continuous learning.
