Key Responsibilities: Providing frontline support to colleagues across stores and offices Troubleshooting issues withBusiness Central , MS365, and custom business apps Liaising with external vendors to escalate and resolve technical issues Ensuring fast resolution of tickets while maintaining top-tier customer service Assisting occasionally with printer/device queries (minimal hardware involved) Adhere to IT security best practices and assist in threat monitoring and mitigation.
