Qualified in administrating Cytotoxic Drugs. Building strong, supportive relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders. Documenting clinical data accurately and reporting adverse drug events appropriately. Maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge and addressing any competency gaps. Travelling across the region with a full UK driving licence.
