You will be responsible for the educational development of nursing staff within this area, in line with national and local initiatives. You will also be involved in the planning and delivery of specialist education and training.We are seeking a highly motivated Band 6 Nurse who will bring sound clinical knowledge and experience in Community Nursing. Support assessors and supervisors in practice and with new nurse development. Support the community teams in the delivery of the Statutory, Mandatory and Service Specific training as identified by the Trust Work collaboratively with other service providers to deliver external training programmes. Contribute to the induction courses for new nurses. Promote the philosophy of Dudley Group of Hospitals.
