Conducting thorough research on real estate assets, including reviewing titles, leases, and property reports. Preparing and submitting necessary documentation to Land Registry and Companies House and overseeing registrations. Managing post-completion tasks such as consents, registrations, and finalisation of documents. Conducting legal research on relevant real estate and finance laws and regulations. Communicating with clients to provide timely updates, and obtaining information where needed General administrative support, including system updates, Land Registry/SDLT processing, billing, and time recording.About YouThis role is ideal for a motivated law graduate with a keen interest in property law. If youre proactive, detail-focused, and excited to grow in a fast-paced legal team, Id love to hear from you. You will have some experience working within a legal team, preferably property but open to other areas of law. You will have strong academics and be willing to learn and develop. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask, prioritise assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
