We support female residents who enjoy going out for a coffee, swimming, shopping and simply having someone there for a chat.You do not require previous experience, but you need to possess qualities of confidence, emotional resilience, quick decision making and understand boundaries.Lifeways offer genuine, rewarding career progression and investment in recognised qualifications.Shift patterns vary between 8am-10pm, Mon – Sun, working alternate weekends Sleep ins required – with competitive rate 16 hour part time available Opportunity to gain health and social care qualifications funded by Lifeways.
