You'll shape and deliver our category strategy, drive growth through strong partnerships, and keep our experience range fresh and ahead of the curve. Reporting into the Head of Partnerships (Buying), this is a high-impact role where you'll oversee a portfolio of key accounts and manage an Account Manager. From securing exclusive products to leading seasonal campaigns and new product development, your work will directly influence our customer offering and bottom line. Key Responsibilities:Own and deliver the category strategy for Days Out, Driving & Thrillseekers Lead market research and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities Manage high-value partner accounts and build strategic, long-term relationships Oversee seasonal range planning and campaign execution in collaboration with Trading and Marketing Negotiate strong commercial terms including exclusivity, pricing, and value-added propositions Use data and insight to drive performance and inform key decisions Approve product changes and strategic category decisions Line manage and develop an Account Manager, offering coaching and direction Support a culture of innovation and collaboration within the Buying team Step in for the Head of Buying when needed, modelling leadership at all times About You:Proven experience in category management, buying, or commercial partnerships Strong track record in the leisure or gifting industry Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence and secure standout deals Comfortable using data to make insight-driven decisions Confident leading others and creating a positive, high-performing team culture Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for the leisure industry and delivering customer joy Interview Process:Stage 1:Recruiter Screen – 30 mins Stage 2:Hiring Manager Interview – 1 hour Stage 3:Task/Brief Interview (if required) – 1 hour Offer!
