Our client - a highly respected and well-capitalised international insurance group - is seeking aLead Project Managerto oversee business-critical transformation initiatives, manage a team of experienced Project Managers, and embed best-in-class project delivery standards. In this high-impact role, you will: Lead and mentor a team of international Project Managers Provide project assurance and governance oversight at the enterprise level Drive the successful delivery of complex change programmes across business and IT Work closely with senior stakeholders, including Group and Executive leaders Collaborate with a strong Business Analysis and PMO function to embed best practices Key experience required: 10+ years in project delivery within Insurance/Reinsurance (Lloyd's market understanding ideal) Strong leadership of cross-functional delivery teams Previous experience line managing a team of Project Managers Proven track record of managing complex change initiatives Deep knowledge of project governance, assurance, and stakeholder engagement Project and Agile certifications preferred You'll join a forward-thinking business recognised for its agility, entrepreneurial culture, and commitment to employee wellbeing - including a market-leading benefits package and a focus on diversity and inclusion.
