This EMEA-based team of Employee Relations Consultants plays a crucial role in shaping the employee experience and advancing our Employee Relations agenda across the region, influencing workplace policies, resolving conflicts, and contributing to the overall well-being and productivity of the workforce. What role will you play?As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will provide commercial advice on a broad range of Employee Relations and employment law matters. Your contributions will be essential to our regional Employee Relations strategy. You will support specific client groups and work closely with business and HR stakeholders on issues such as investigations, workplace dispute resolution, restructuring, reorganisations, performance management, and projects related to M&A activities, while ensuring compliance with regulatory changes. What you offerA legal qualification from the UK or Europe with 5-10 years' post-qualification experience in employment law, or significant Employee Relations experience within a dynamic corporate environment, preferably in financial services. Ability to multitask and excel in a team setting, while being driven, self-motivated, and solution-oriented. A client-focused approach with strong influencing skills to partner effectively with HR Business Partners and engage directly with business clients and colleagues across Compliance, Finance, and Legal departments. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex concepts clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders.
