Assistant Technical Coordinator Location:Essex Salary:GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 + Package I am looking for anAssistant Technical Coordinatorto join a Residential Developer. The Assistant Technical Coordinator will work on traditional build residential projects, supporting the Technical Manager. This role is suitable for someone looking to transition from consultancy or practice into residential development. The successful candidate will receive professional development support, with guidance to grow into the role. Job Role/Responsibilities: Provide backup to the Technical Manager during project execution. Review architect's and engineer's drawings. Ensure enquiries and applications are directed to statutory service companies and local authorities. Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for information exchange. Handle site queries. Review brochure plans and marketing collateral. Coordinate internally with planning, surveyors, construction, and sales teams. Assist in compiling O + M manuals. Conduct as-built demise checks against brochure plans. Obtain postal addresses. Attend Design Team Meetings. Provide sustainability information to the Sustainability Manager. Create and amend CAD drawings for Land, Commercial, Sustainability, and Technical teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
