A thriving secondary school in Walsall is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students who require additional guidance with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement.As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students who may be at risk of exclusion or struggling to remain focused in class. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with secondary-aged students, particularly those with SEMH needs or behavioural challenges.
