We'll give you a place to grow and a career to be proud of.Our hospitality department caters for working lunches, buffets, teas & coffees as well as canapé events and functions.Hospitality Manager DutiesDelivering excellent customer service with a focus on client satisfaction Overseeing and managing hospitality functions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service Ensuring customers receive an easy and seamless personalised experience Acting as the main point of contact between customers, chefs, and service teams to consistently exceed expectations Leading and supervising the hospitality team to maintain high standards of service Preparing and presenting information on financial and operational performance when requested Regularly communicating with the General Manager and Head Chef to ensure high-quality service delivery Setting standards and providing training for all hospitality team members Monitoring and maintaining hygiene and cleaning standards Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service areas Handling customer complaints with professionalism and tactHospitality Manager RequirementsPrevious experience as a Hospitality Manager or Team Leader within contract catering, 4-5* hotel, or fine dining brasserie Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others Passionate, friendly, diligent, and a great team player Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, multi-task and work efficientlyHospitality Manager Additional BenefitsContributary pension scheme Free access to the company Employee Assistant Programme Life assurance Company events including all company Christmas and summer parties Recognition schemes and people awards Family friendly support Uniform provided Free meals at work Membership of CODE exclusively for Hospitality ProfessionalsWho We AreHouston & Hawkes - is a young and dynamic independent caterer based in the South East.
