ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced and detail-drivenFreelance AutoCAD Specialistwithimmediate or near-immediate availability preferredto support our team in producingfull tender drawing packsforhigh-end residential properties, commercial and hospitality projects. . This role requires strong skills injoinery detailingand the ability to translatecreative presentationsinto accurate technical drawings. The ideal candidate must be confident working independently while collaborating closely with our design team to deliver comprehensivetender and construction drawing packagesto a high standard. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Produce full tender and construction drawing sets for high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects Develop detailed joinery drawings to exacting specifications Interpret and translate creative design presentations into technical documentation Collaborate with interior designers and project leads to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure compliance with industry standards Maintain organized, well-documented drawing files throughout the project lifecycle SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Proven experience producing tender and construction drawing packs for high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects Strong expertise in joinery detailing (bespoke cabinetry, millwork, etc.) Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (minimum 5years' experience) Ability to work quickly and accurately under direction from a design team Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Understanding of UK building regulations or equivalent Immediate or near immediate availability Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
