The position is located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and coordinate staff, ensure quality control, and handle client communications. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, managing budgets, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and continuous improvement of services to enhance client satisfaction.
