They partner with universities to deliver vibrant, high-performing accommodation environments across their 35,000-bedroom portfolioAs part of their evolution, we are now searching for a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Accommodation Services this is a key leadership hire responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and student satisfaction across their directly managed and third-party properties.The RoleReporting to the newly appointed Sales Director and leading a national team/portfolio, you will be the strategic force behind direct sales, marketing, and resident engagement operations. This role is about more than just filling rooms — it’s about shaping the full student journey, from first enquiry to move-out.You will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, optimise CRM and booking systems, and ensure front-line teams deliver an experience that is both student-focused and commercially successful. You will also spearhead resident engagement programmes portfolio wide — translating feedback and insight into action.What You Bring?A proven operator with strong experience in accommodation, hospitality, or lettings — someone who knows how to lead distributed operational teams, inspire a performance culture, and deliver results.
