My client is a collaborative, family-feel Building Surveying consultancy with a growing presence in the West Midlands. They are now seeking a Building Surveyor (PQE+1) to join their expanding Building Surveying team to support a diverse range of commercial and residential block projects, with a key focus on contract administration and dilapidations and other Building Surveyor duties.This is a great opportunity for a Building Surveyor either recently Chartered or progressing through APC, looking to gain varied project exposure to join a close-knit team.Key Responsibilities:Deliver project work including contract admin, dilapidations, and remedial schemesSupport on gaining fire safety experience if you believe you would want to gain thatManage schemes from inception to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfactionMaintain strong communication with clients and stakeholdersWork collaboratively with a team-oriented, supportive cultureOperate from the Birmingham office 3 days per week, with regional site visitsWhat We’re Looking For:BSc in Building Surveying (or related discipline)Chartered (MRICS or MCABE) or working towards qualification (APC support available)PQE+1 experience level idealSolid understanding of contract admin and dilapsPersonable, confident, and comfortable engaging with clientsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFull UK driving licenceWhat You’ll Get:Salary £50,000 to £60,000 + Car AllowanceBonus between 5-10%Hybrid working – 2-3 days/week in the Birmingham officeExposure to varied, meaningful project workOngoing structured career progressionCollaborative and sociable team environmentAnti-dog eat dog environmentBi-annual pay reviewsCould you be interested in learning more about this unique opportunity and potentially more?Feel free to apply or call me on my number on my profile.
