We’re working with an events agency that’s looking for a talented Mid-Weight Project Manager to join their growing team! You’ll be the engine behind the delivery of unforgettable corporate experiences and live activations for some of the world’s most recognisable names. From pitch to post-event wrap-up, you’ll ensure everything runs like clockwork. The Role:As a Mid-Weight PM, you’ll take ownership of projects from initial brief through to flawless execution. Reporting into a Senior Project Lead, your day-to-day will include:Managing timelines, budgets, and resource planningWorking closely with creative, production, and client services teamsLiaising with suppliers and venuesCreating and maintaining detailed project documentationEnsuring all aspects of delivery meet brand guidelines, budget, and deadlinesThe Candidate: 2+ years’ experience in events project management A proven understanding of event production, suppliers, budgeting and logistics Experience with corporate events, internal comms, B2B is a plus Impeccable attention to detail and time managementConfident communicator, both with internal teams and clientsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environmentThis would suit an event manager brand side or agency, with experience in event production, driving a busy calendar, with proven project management experience.
