We’re transforming performance and efficiency for customers across the globe, giving them the vital edge in their markets.We are currently seeking a Project Manager based in Redditch with hybrid working available.Make an impactThe position holder will be responsible for ensuring that the projects assigned to them are performed correctly in terms of customer satisfaction, technical aspects, timing, financial aspects and in accordance with Swisslog’s guidelines. Establish, manage and motivate mixed (Swisslog and client), cross-functional realization project teamsLeverage team member’s skills and experience to enhance the project team’s resultsIncrease project benefit and prevent project risks by appropriate risk managementRegularly perform and update critical path analysisElaborate contracts with sub-contractors, minimizing risks for SwisslogGive support to the Sales department in the contract definition phase and in future relationship for extensions or new businessLead responsibility that all the project specifications such as layout, functional, acceptance test specifications etc. are issued timely and detailed enough to avoid technical and contractual risks for SwisslogWhat you need to succeedPrevious experience in project management or work with a project methodology approach in a technical and customer oriented environmentProven experience of successful managing long term complex projects Previous experience of working in the supply chain field/logistics field is desirableAbout SwisslogSwisslog is shaping the future of intralogistics.
