Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, this is a high-impact role focused primarily on the Marketing category, including ATL, BTL, communications, print, and digital - with occasional oversight of general indirect spend.Role & Responsibilities Lead the Marketing procurement category, serving as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related sourcing and supplier activitiesDevelop and implement robust category and sub-category strategies aligned with broader business objectivesManage key supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, risk assessment, and performance tracking through KPIs and SLAsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive value and ensure seamless service deliveryExperience & Requirements Proven expertise in Marketing and Indirect Procurement, ideally within a regulated or service-led environmentStrong background in Category Management and strategic sourcingExperience in insurance, financial services, or a related sector is advantageous but not essentialExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and multitasking skills - capable of navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment
