You will be the main contact for oversight of the admin flow across several teams of PAs, ensuring that the administrative support to fee earners is delivered effectively and efficiently.Main responsibilities:Manage resources and coordinate workloads to ensure all incoming tasks are assigned to a team member and completed on timeEnsure effective communication between key stakeholders and team membersSupport Team Leaders with the recruitment and training of new and existing team membersEnsure best practices, firm policies and training guides are followed across the teamSupport team leaders to ensure relevant processes have up to date training guidesSupport with projects, which contribute to an enhanced service offering to the firmWorking knowledge of health and safety, including participating in all on site health and safety audits and assessmentsABOUT YOU:The ideal applicant will possess the following skills:2+ years of PA/administrative experience, preferably within a professional or financial services environmentExperience coordinating workflow tasksConfident delegating tasks and supporting team membersCustomer service focusExcellent communication skillsEffective prioritisation skillsCreative thinking, with the ability to take initiative and problem solveConfident using and learning IT systems and softwareA collaborative and supportive team playerTHE OFFER:The salary scale (based on experience) is up to £33,000 plus a substantial benefits package to all employees including:A minimum of 25 days holidayDiscretionary bonus schemePension schemePrivate medical insurancePrivate health assessmentLife assuranceEmployee Assistance ProgrammeCycle to work schemePlease apply with your latest CV if you have the skills and experience required.
