What Youll Be Doing Lead and grow our Project Management offering across key infrastructure sectors Build lasting client relationships and secure new work across geographies, sectors, and services Operate your team with an entrepreneurial mindset effectively running it as your own business unit Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through your reputation and industry network Stay close to your market understanding where opportunities are, whats coming next, and who the key players are Collaborate with other senior leaders to shape and deliver growth across the wider Infrastructure team Where You Might Drive Growth We welcome different approaches depending on your background and strengths.
