Junior Designer Are you a commercially-minded designer with a strong eye for detail, materials, and end-user needs? MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Category Leading UK-based Sportswear Brand on the search for a Junior Designer , based in Hampshire. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the direction of a brand with a loyal customer base and ambitious plans for the future. This is a site-based position from a purpose-built HQ in Hampshire. Youll be joining a values-led, product-centric team with a serious investment in design, and a shared ambition to raise standards across the range. Key Responsibilities: Support the design and development of innovative, high-quality product across multiple categories Own the full design process on selected projects from initial concept through to final production sign-off Work collaboratively across Product, Development, and Creative to ensure alignment throughout the process Contribute to design presentations, seasonal mood boards, and trend forecasting Stay up to date on industry trends, materials innovation, and competitor product Work to seasonal critical paths, delivering creative work on time and in full What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a design role, ideally within apparel, accessories, luggage or outdoor product A relevant degree in Fashion, Product, or Textile Design (or equivalent industry experience) Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Hands-on approach with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Attention to detail, with a commercial mindset and strong sense of end-user needs Please contact Katherine Richardson for more information55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
