Your Day-to-Day: Provide general classroom support across Key Stages. Deliver focused 1:1 and small group intervention for pupils with ASC and complex needs Work alongside experienced teachers to plan engaging, inclusive lessons Help build a safe, calm, and positive classroom environment Encourage progress in communication, independence, and emotional regulation What youll need: Experience supporting children in a school or SEN setting (essential) A natural passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning Understanding of ASD, ADHD, communication difficulties, complex learning needs, and SEMH.
