Youll join a high-performing team delivering a wide range of professional and project-based building surveying services within the commercial property sector. Key Responsibilities: Contract Administration and project delivery Technical Due Diligence and acquisition surveys Dilapidations, including negotiation and strategy Building Pathology and reporting Broad commercial surveying instructions across pre- and post-acquisition phases About You: MRICS-qualified with a degree in Building Surveying or close to. Commercially experienced with client-facing confidence Proficient in building contracts and pathology within a consultancy setting High standard of report writing and project coordination Team player with autonomy and ambition Full driving licence and access to a car Why Join?
