We''re Hiring: Senior Sustainability Consultant Location: Kent | Flexible home-working options available Full Time: 37.5 hours/week Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications Reports to: Head of Sustainability / Associate Director Are you ready to make a real impact in sustainable building design? We''re looking for an experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant to join a growing Consultancy based in Kent. If you''re passionate about reducing environmental impact through practical, policy-informed design we want to hear from you. What Youll Be Doing As part of the dedicated Sustainability Team, you''ll lead and contribute to multiple projects, delivering energy and sustainability solutions that align with current regulations and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Carry out Part L energy modelling and EPCs using IES (or similar software) Develop calculations and reports for energy statements and BREEAM assessments Conduct dynamic simulations for TM59 overheating analysis Produce Whole Life-Cycle Carbon (WLC) and Circular Economy reports Deliver reports in line with London Plan requirements Attend and lead client meetings, supporting design teams with expert sustainability advice Youll Also Need To: Communicate technical information clearly to clients, contractors, and consultants Respond accurately to project queries and provide regular updates to team leads Work collaboratively across design teams, maintaining high professional standards What Were Looking For Degree in a relevant science, engineering, or building-related subject MSc in sustainability or energy (desirable) At least 5 years'' experience in a consultancy or relevant role Level 4 or 5 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor qualification Proficient in IES (or similar modelling tools) Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sustainable development in the built environment55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
