We are seeking football coaches with experience working with U7-U12 age groups. Key Responsibilities Plan and lead on the delivery of regular sessions Create and maintain positive relationships with children and their parents Opportunity to have a direct impact on the improvement of the programme (quality of coaching, innovative ideas etc.) Job specification Experience of working in an educational or sporting environment. Passion and enthusiasm for working with young people. Ability to work in different settings and venues (both outdoors and indoors facilities at various locations) Flexibility in working hours Proactive attitude Confidence to communicate effectively with young children and their parents Creativity in sessions and the wider role.
